招聘岗位:

1. Senior Contract Manager  

Essential Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for all project contractual activities from Hand Over from Sales until all relevant contractual obligations are complete and all relevant contractual issues are resolved/settled.

Support project risk and opportunity identification and analysis. Support the management of risks and opportunities by development and implementation of appropriate Project Commercial Execution Plan.

Identify Customer/Consortium and other third party obligations and develop and implement the Project Commercial Execution Plan, including Project Claim Strategy.

Preserve GE’s rights and entitlements as provided in the Contract. Ensure proper notices are given in line with contract requirements. Management of claims to/from customers and consortium partners. Support the management of claims to/from Contractors and Suppliers as required.

Ensure appropriate recovery from third parties.

Management of customer Variation Requests/Orders.

Manage Project Insurances. Submit, monitor and settle insurance claims in accordance with the policies.

Establish and implement project specification contractual procedures, particularly regarding claims, insurance, variation orders, correspondence and notifications.

Support and guidance to Project team on general contractual issues. Clarification of contractual/legal queries, if required by referring to Legal.

Provide Contract Management support as required in the event of a (potential) dispute.

Support contract negotiation by providing feedback from project execution and best practice sharing.

Qualifications / Requirements

University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Law.

•      10+ years of experience in contract commercial activities and/or project management

Experience in large complex capital projects and preferable some exposure to Site Construction issues.

2. Document Controller

Ø Responsible for the implementation, optimization and standardization of engineering document management tool.

Ø Create Engineering Document Management Strategy.

Ø Create document submit instruction per project specific requirement, including document submit for approve process, document revision rules, document number rules, rules of filling in cover page, etc.

Ø Upload and Record all documents transfer between WBC and other functions, such as Customer, DI, NOBO, etc.

Ø Control Engineering technical documents in the database, such as revision, document number, etc.

Ø Communicate directly with Customer and DI about the tools used for documents transfer, responsible for answering their questions and training to Customer and DI if necessary.

Ø Support Project Engineer for documents management, etc.

Qualifications Required:

 

Ø Bachelor degree or above in Document Management or similar qualification

Ø Detailed knowledge of document control processes.

Ø Proficient analytical, logical ability.

Ø Skilled English in Read and Written.

Ø Good Skill on software application

Ø Highly effective communication and collaborative interface skills.

Ø Ability to work in changing environments, advance with the time

Ø Travel Maybe required.

3 Project Manager

Global responsibility of the project in order to take the right decision at the right time, permanent evaluation of project changes and risks
Project leadership to instruct the team in terms of “who”, “what”, “by when” in order to achieve On Time Delivery and to maximizing the project Gross Margin.
Project related cost and cash monitoring and forecast, coordination with Finance Department for foreign exchange currency, guarantees and bonds handling related to the projects,

To constantly build up constructive relationship with the Customer in order to secure / to maximize project Gross and Net Margins and to prevent / to mitigate losses.
Driving a claim management culture in the project team in order to be supported in taking opportunities and preventing threats.
Regularly and timely reporting to the Company management in order to inform and/or to look for advising / support.
Other tasks assigned by line manager Bachelor degree in Engineering related major

At least 8 years’ experience of project management in heavy industry, experience in power industry preferred with basic technical knowledge of the steam turbine set and the power station as a whole
Chinese mother language / English fluent in writing and speaking
Strong willingness to understand business
Strategic thinking and pay attention to details
Strong ownership and accountability to deliver performance
Team Leader, strong ability in motivating and delegating
